Think of a project idea & write up your plot, characters, and dialogue. Try to include lots of interactive options too :)

draw

Draw up sprites, backgrounds, logos, and other assets for your game!

First time coding? We reccomend using Ren'Py. Check out our guides! And don't forget to post your progress - read the canvas titled [IMPORTANT INFO] OVERVIEW in the #storyboard channel!

publish to github + itch.io

While you're coding, make a GitHub repository for your game and commit frequently (guide on how to do that here). Upload your game to itch.io so anyone on the internet can play it!
